Rooftop
Our rooftop features stunning skyline views and boasts a retractable roof for your enjoyment. We provide full heating for inclement weather and are open year-round.
Reservations/Walk ins
While we do welcome walk-ins, please note that seating and entry cannot be guaranteed at all times. To ensure accommodations, we highly recommend securing a table by making a reservation in advance. For optimal availability, particularly on Fridays through Sundays, we suggest booking at least one week in advance.
Reservations can be made through Resy for parties of up to nine guests, up to 30 days in advance.
Additionally, we have a standing bar area where guests can capture stunning skyline views. Please be aware that reservations are not accepted for the bar area; it operates on a walk-in basis only, adhering to a first-come, first-served policy.
Large Party Inquiry
To make a reservation for a group of 10 or more, please send an email to lostinparadiserooftop@gmail.com
Please include your name, date of reservation, time of reservation, approximate number of guests and event type. Please note a minimum per person may apply.
No Shows/Cancellations
No shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation is subject to a $25 per person cancellation fee. Refunds are not provided for cancellation fees.
For large parties of 10 or more please refer to your contract to see cancellation policy.
Lateness
We provide a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. After this period, your party will be placed on our waitlist for the next available reservation, and we cannot guarantee accommodations. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling to modify your reservation, as we are fully booked on the day of your reservation and unable to accommodate any changes. Additionally, please be aware that late arrivals will not extend the reservation time slot.
Seating Time
We maintain a seating limit of 1.5 hours for parties of nine guests or fewer. Parties that exceed this allotted time will be subject to an additional minimum spend requirement per person.
Dress code
We kindly request that all patrons adhere to our chic dress code. Please refrain from wearing beachwear, athletic attire, timberland boots and hats.
Age Policy
Individuals of all age groups are warmly welcomed from Sunday to Thursday.
21+ age policy is enforced starting at 10 pm on Friday & Saturday evenings. All guests must present a valid government-issued ID, such as a valid state ID, passport, or military
ID, after 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
Cake & Decorations
Kindly be aware that there is a $75 flat fee for bringing in cakes and cupcakes from outside. Alternatively, we offer a selection of in-house desserts for you to order if you prefer.
You are welcome to bring light decorations and balloons for your table.
Please refrain from using confetti or signage taped to our walls, as this may result in damage. A cleanup fee will be charged for any damage caused by tape or confetti.
Lost & Found
Please note that our venue cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or abandoned items. If you have misplaced or lost any belongings, kindly reach out to us at lostinparadiserooftop@gmail.com. Our team will do their best to assist you in locating them, although we cannot guarantee retrieval.
Parking at Lost in Paradise
Lost in Paradise Rooftop does not have a dedicated parking lot or valet parking.
Street parking is available as an alternative.
